Tribes - Seth Godin - Message of the book - get out and lead - get out there and help people on a subject that you're passionate about. Change the world. People want people to lead them. Lead from love.
Of course, to step up to the great challenge offered by these books Conscious Embodiment principles are required. It's about connecting to your source of inspiration and then from there, getting out and connecting to other people.
